• Users are responsible for activity under their own accounts
• Users should protect account access details and avoid sharing them with others

Rules for workers using the platform

• Profiles, CVs, and job applications should reflect real qualifications and experience
• Workers should not apply using false identity or misleading information
• Communication with employers should remain respectful and professional

Rules for employers using the platform

• Job offers must be clear, accurate, and lawful
• Employers must not publish fraudulent, fake, abusive, or discriminatory opportunities
• Candidate information should only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes

Content and conduct not allowed

• False or misleading identity claims
• Fraudulent job offers or deceptive application activity
• Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or harmful communication
• Unauthorized collection or misuse of personal data from other users
• Attempts to damage, disrupt, or misuse the platform

Moderation and enforcement

FliJob may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when activity appears unsafe, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform rules.

No hiring guarantee

Using FliJob does not guarantee interviews, job offers, responses from employers, or successful hiring outcomes. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of employers.

Service updates

We may improve, change, pause, or update parts of the platform and these terms when needed. Continued use of the platform after updates means the revised terms apply.
